Deleting folders on a remote server now shows its progress. Deletes and recursive permission changes run in the transfer panel: a quick scan finds every entry, then you see "412 / 1,318 items", can cancel or retry, and a finished entry confirms the folder is really gone. Rows being deleted are dimmed in the file pane. One file that can't be deleted no longer stops the rest; the panel lists what failed and why. Deletes are much faster: parallel SFTP/FTP requests, batched S3 deletes, and a server-side rm over SSH when available. Also fixed: deleting a symlink to a folder no longer deletes the contents of the folder it points to.
