• Added a partial hash index on posts.quote_authorization_iri, preventing federated Delete activities from repeatedly scanning the entire posts table while checking for revoked quote authorizations. On large installations, create the index before upgrading to avoid blocking writes during the automatic migration:

  CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY
    posts_quote_authorization_iri_index
  ON posts USING hash (quote_authorization_iri)
  WHERE quote_authorization_iri IS NOT NULL;

  If this concurrent build fails or is interrupted, PostgreSQL can leave an invalid index behind. Drop it and retry the command above before upgrading:

  DROP INDEX CONCURRENTLY IF EXISTS
    posts_quote_authorization_iri_index;
