v0.8.0 one package to install, and the browser fetched by hand

Changed. Both ways in start with pip install aihawk, which brings the MCP server with it, followed by invisible-playwright fetch: the quarter-gigabyte browser comes down in the terminal you are already in, where you can watch it. The engine step 0.7.0 added before serving is gone, for the same reason the server stopped fetching at start in invisible-playwright-mcp 0.14.0, which this release requires. The line printed after the link opens says server connected rather than browser ready, which it never was at that point.
