Quick security update and major bug fix
Hi, Sorry about the double release but a POTENTIAL security flaw was introduced with 1.9.0 and I want to make sure to do all I can to keep people's data safe (nothing major, but cached images - created during 1.9.0 - could be exposed if your configuration is not internal).

Also I introduced an issue with the latest release which prevented new install from working. I am SO SORRY about this one. Hopefully I fixed it quickly enough ❤️
