What's New
- Double-click to edit — Double-click a preview card to jump straight into the editor (annotator for images, video editor for recordings). First community contribution, thanks @jamesqquick! 🎉
- Upload from the annotator — A new Upload action in the annotation editor saves your annotations, uploads the full-resolution image to your cloud, and copies the link to your clipboard — without closing the editor. Shows a live progress spinner and a "Link copied" confirmation.
- Low-resolution editor preview — The annotator uses a lighter preview to keep memory usage down on large captures. It's now an explicit setting (Settings → Screenshots → Annotation Editor, on by default), the preview is sharper than before, and a small info badge in the editor explains it. Exports are always full resolution.
- Redesigned annotation editor toolbar — Save As, Done, and Upload now live in a native macOS Liquid Glass toolbar pill with consistent iconography, replacing the old sidebar button bar.
- Smoother stacked-preview behavior — cards dismiss horizontally and overflow is trimmed more gracefully.
- Removed the legacy capture-hide flow for a snappier capture path.
- The floating preview overlay no longer sits on top of the annotation editor, video editor, or Quick Look — it hides while those are open and reliably returns afterward (fixes cases where it blocked clicks/scrolling).
