• As promised, not only can you manually enter your medical records using our helpful form (Conditions, Medications, Practitioners, Locations/Organizations, Surgeries/Procedures, etc), you can now also upload documentation (PDFs, notes, etc) and medical imaging results (DICOM)! • Added patient-friendly descriptions for medical codes (LOINC/SNOMED) so that Fasten users can understand their medical history with context.
