Fixed: fast forward, rewind, and pause state
DSPlayer never reported its playback speed to the rest of Kodi. Three things
came out of that, all fixed together:
- Fast forward and rewind were stuck at 2x. Each keypress worked out the
next speed from a value that never changed, so it never got past the first
notch however many times you pressed. - Play didn't cancel a fast forward. Once at 2x, only a pause and resume
would get you back to normal speed. - Pause wasn't reported. The video stopped, but Kodi still described
itself as playing — so the OSD showed the wrong state, and anything reading
Kodi from outside (Home Assistant, remotes, other JSON-RPC clients) never
saw the pause.
