This patch updates certificate trust and fixes issues in OTLP log export.
- Requires Go 1.26.10 for source builds and refreshes the container CA trust bundle to include the eMudhra distrust changes.
- Fixes OTLP gRPC log export ignoring CA and client certificates configured through environment variables.
- Updates the OTLP log batch processor to avoid CPU spin under exporter backpressure.
- Updates the RabbitMQ AMQP client and compression dependencies with upstream security fixes.
- Closes the Syslog writer after each event to prevent connection leaks.
N.B. The updated OTLP log exporters enforce a 64 MiB serialized request limit. Oversized batches fail export.
This release also includes dependency, CI, and documentation updates.
