• AMD Radeon: AMDNR 0.3.5.8R3 (published this morning) no longer puts the lmxxf runtime on GitHub, neither inside its zip nor beside it (its notes say the runtime holds NVIDIA weights and now comes only through AMDNR's own launcher). An OptiScaler from R3 alone cannot start the network, so installing from it would have given a Radeon owner a setup that does nothing. The install now takes the newest AMDNR release that does carry the runtime, which is 0.3.5.8R2 today (main zip plus its lmxxf zip), and stays on it until a newer release carries the runtime again. Each release is checked by reading its zip's file list with small range requests, not by downloading it. Checked on a throwaway folder: with R3 newest, it picked R2, installed it, a second run reported it already current, and Remove took everything out. I did not run a game with it.
