Fixes installing Universal RTXMFG (Multi-frame generation only, and "Also install Universal RTXMFG beside DLSS 5"), which still failed on 0.14.23 with "no asset matching ... in dashdogy/RTX40MFG-Unlock". dashdogy renamed the repo to dashdogy/MFG-Unlocker; GitHub still answers on the old name, but its pages link the new one, so the download link was never found. The tool now uses the new name, and takes whatever owner/repo the release page links, so another rename will not break it. Thanks @515orestis for the exact cause (#138).
