Cards that fit their text
The engine and neural add-on cards had a fixed height that only fitted their two lines at a wide window; at the default window width the longer lines wrap and ran past the card's bottom border (#94). Each card is now sized from its actual wrapped text, per row, with the same fonts and width it draws with.
Everything from v0.13.21 is included. Upstream: wilsjo2's display-filter-v0.3.0-preview is a prerelease of a different component and is not picked up; the pre-SR build stays on v0.8.3.
