Game Pass installs work again, and two launchers stop beating the game
Store / Game Pass: refused only when the folder is actually locked
v0.13.16 refused every folder carrying a MicrosoftGame.config. That was wrong twice: the Steam copy of Forza Horizon 6 ships that file too and was refused as "Game Pass" (#106), and many Game Pass installs are not protected at all — people had DLSS 5 running in Batman: Arkham Knight, Doom and Forza from Game Pass (#107), and Watch Dogs via Game Pass works where the Steam copy does not (#62). The test is now the one that matters: can a file be written in the folder and can the exe be read. A locked install still gets the same explanation; everything else installs like any other game.

Pin an OptiScaler build
--opti-tag=<tag> (or DLSS5ONECLICK_OPTI_TAG) holds the chosen OptiScaler fork at one release for a game the newest build regressed on (#104).
Everything from v0.13.20 is included. Upstream since: DLSS5-Feeder 1.16.0-beta.6 (hash verified), wilsjo2 v0.8.5, ShyVortex v0.9.8 — all picked up automatically.
