v0.13.12 — RTX 40 multi-frame generation, and dinput8.dll verified as REFramework

RTX 40 multi-frame generation, on the experimental OptiScaler build (#83)

ShyVortex's MFG work has merged into wilsjo2/OptiScaler-DLSSNR-PreSR-Multipass — the fork this tool already installs as OptiScaler build → Pre-SR multipass · experimental. Its OptiScaler.ini carries two MFG unlocks, and only one of them can honestly be offered by a one-click installer:

; Optional built-in y4my4my4m RTX 40 MFG unlock. Memory-only, supported runtimes only.
AdaMfgUnlock=false
; Optional sdli1995 Ampere/Turing SM86/SM75 MFG unlock. Sideloads OptiScaler/dlssg_sm86/dlssg_sm86.dll.
AmpereMfgUnlock=false

AdaMfgUnlock is built into the fork and memory-only — no second download, nothing to place by hand. So there is now a tick for it, and Install turns it on:

RTX 40 multi-frame generation — built into this build, no extra files. The game must have frame generation of its own.

It appears only on an RTX 40: the 50 series has multi-frame generation already, and the two unlocks are mutually exclusive upstream ("Never combine with AdaMfgUnlock or an external MFG unlocker").

RTX 20/30 MFG is not offered, and will not be until it can be one click. AmpereMfgUnlock sideloads dlssg_sm86.dll. That project has no releases and no licence; the file is in neither its own repository nor wilsjo2's zip. Getting it for you would mean hosting a binary built on my machine, mirroring one with no publisher hash, or compiling CUDA kernels on yours. The first would discard the one fact that settled the malware reports in #67 / #71: every asset here is built by GitHub Actions from the tagged commit. If that project publishes a release with a licence, this becomes a small change and it will be made.

dinput8.dll is checked, not assumed

dinput8.dll is a proxy slot, not a product: REFramework uses it, and so do the RTX 20/30 frame-gen mods. Status detection only tested that the file existed, so an RE Engine game with one of those installed reported REFramework as present and Install skipped it — and RE Engine games crash under ReShade without REFramework. It now reads the file and looks for REFramework's own name.
