v0.11.5 — a virtual monitor is not a GPU

latest releases: v0.11.7, v0.11.6

Virtual monitors are no longer counted as a second GPU

A reporter with a single RTX 4060 Ti was told his game was probably being started on an integrated GPU. His machine lists four display adapters:

Meta Virtual Monitor, LuminonCore IDDCX Adapter, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, MrIdd Device

Three of those are software — a VR runtime's virtual monitor and two IDDCX virtual displays — and counting them as a second vendor made the hybrid-GPU finding fire on a machine with one graphics card (#30).

The list of adapters that are not graphics hardware now covers virtual monitors and IDD/IDDCX devices (Meta, Parsec, Sunshine, DisplayLink, Amyuni and the rest) alongside the hypervisor and remote-session entries it already had. It is shared, so classify(), the hybrid check, Diagnose and --check all read the same filtered list and none of them can name a virtual monitor as a GPU again.

If you run a VR headset, a virtual display driver or a capture card and the tool told you to change your GPU preference, this is the build that stops saying it.
