Fixes the update loop (#26). v0.10.3 was tagged before its version bump was applied, so the file attached to that release is a 0.10.2 binary: pressing Update installed the same version again and the bar returned on the next start. This release carries the right binary, and the updater now refuses any download that does not identify itself as the version its tag promises — the swap is abandoned with a message instead of silently reinstalling the same build.
If you are on 0.10.3 (or were sent back to 0.10.2 by it), update once more from here and the loop ends.
Everything from 0.10.3 is included: Diagnose only recommends a driver reinstall when NGX Core or the driver version is genuinely at fault, and otherwise reports that NGX is refusing the Feeder's private in-process D3D12 device.
