Bug Fixes

Phantom outgoing calls eliminated — the accessibility service was intercepting KEYCODE_HEADSETHOOK (headset/media buttons) and routing it to the dialer's call action. Any headset button press while the app was open could silently dial whoever was last highlighted in the list. This is now stopped; only the physical green Call key (KEYCODE_CALL) triggers dial.
Missed call badge now clears on open — opening the app marks all unread missed calls as read in the system call log, clearing the notification badge. Call history is not affected.
Duplicate dialer card in recents fixed — the in-call screen now passes FLAG_ACTIVITY_EXCLUDE_FROM_RECENTS programmatically in addition to the manifest attribute, preventing a second Zeno card from appearing in the app switcher.
Build fixes — removed duplicate buildSecondaryLine function, fixed missing Row content lambda brace in InCallCompose, fixed @Composable function called inside remember {} in call history screen.
