New plugins for aero comms
Thanks to @srcejon we have now two more plugins:
- ACARS demodulator: https://github.com/f4exb/sdrangel/tree/master/plugins/channelrx/demodacars#readme adds decoding of various digital aero messages
- Aircraft feature: https://github.com/f4exb/sdrangel/blob/master/plugins/feature/aircraft/readme.md Collates aircraft related data from various sources
Also noticeably colour support was added to analog TV demodulator.
