SSB demodulator fixes
- Corrected processing without AGC and changed some defaults. Issue #356
- Set limit on maximum FFT filter bandwidth to the channel input sample rate as now it can be lower than audio rate. Issue #355
Other changes
- Changed default audio input volume factor to 1.0 (was 0.15)
