[iOS] Add an overridable initialProperties to ExpoAppSceneDelegate, restoring the root properties apps could pass through RCTAppDelegate.initialProps before React Native moved its startup into scene(_:willConnectTo:). (#50997 by @gabrieldonadel)
Add ./template.tgz to the exports map so expo/template.tgz resolves again. Before, the ./* wildcard mapped it to the nonexistent template.tgz.js, so expo prebuild couldn't use the template bundled with expo and fell back to downloading one from npm. (#50988 by @huytdps13400)
