1. General
   • Changed the framework used from Laravel6 to Laravel8
   • Changed the minimum version of PHP from PHP 7.2 to 7.3
2. Addition of functions
   • Added CRUD page to plugin type.
   • Added the function to select the position of the column name of the view by left justification, center, right justification on the view setting screen.
