Email and password accounts for self-hosting, and a new Docker setup.
What's new
- Self-hosted installs now default to email and password accounts - existing installs keep their current sign-in.
- Invite teammates from Team settings - you copy the link and send it yourself (no email).
- New Docker setup - the older image keeps getting updates.
