Warning
This release was tagged on the wrong branch. Do not use it — use 0.314.5.
Tag 0.314.4 points at the same commit as 0.313.3, so its binaries, packages and docker images are 0.313.3 builds carrying the 0.314.4 version string. They contain none of the changes of 0.314.0 – 0.314.3, and none of the fixes that were meant to ship as 0.314.4.
0.314.5 carries those fixes and continues the 0.314 line. The guard that rejects such a tag is #33232.

This build is identical to 0.313.3, whose changelog is reproduced below. It is not the changelog of the 0.314 line.
