• To deploy or upgrade a chain with op-contracts/v9.0.0+allowlist, set opcmAddress in the intent to the allowlist OPCM. That address is 0x12f00d96414fe43cc3a19acc1254d7bd83d5bed0 on Mainnet and 0xb72366fb8f855779f01800aed1ebfae886f37ace on Sepolia. This requires intent type custom or standard-overrides, because a standard intent rejects any OPCM other than the registry's. Without opcmAddress, op-deployer uses the op-contracts/v9.0.0 OPCM from the superchain registry, as v0.9.0 does (#23929, #23933)
