Overview
Important
This is a variant of op-contracts/v9.0.0 (Upgrade 21). It is intended ONLY for use by a specific fork OP chain which restrict L1 deposits and withdrawals to an allowlist. It is identical to v9.0.0 except for OptimismPortal2, which enforces the allowlist. Other chains should not use this release.
