This is a minor release of op-challenger, it's an optional upgrade preparing for for an upcoming refactor of the dispute game contracts to be reusable across chains

• Updates op-challenger to handle v2 dispute game contracts where oracle and prestate configuration can be passed as game arguments rather than being hardcoded in the implementation contract.
