Note
This is an optional release for op-batcher operators. It contains stricter validation of hardfork activation times in the rollup config.
Other changes
- op-batcher now refuses to start if the rollup config it loads from op-node schedules Jovian or any later hardfork without its predecessor, before its predecessor, or at the same timestamp as its predecessor after genesis. Forks up to Isthmus may still share an activation time, so existing chains keep working; no chain in the superchain registry is affected (#22838)
