Warning
This is an essential release to prepare for the L1 Fusaka fork on Sepolia.
Node operators must upgrade to this release before Fusaka activates on their L1. The corresponding op-node release is op-node/v1.14.1.
This release also contains all upstream geth changes from go-ethereum v1.16.3.
