Remove the filter by drag and drop

A user is able to drag and drop filter/chart/range or disabled entity to the bin. It will remove the filter definition permanently.

Updated UI of the time measurement view

Changes:

• the embedded sidebar was removed from the time measurement view.
• on the status bar use can see current DateTime format and defaults values for the date (like a year, month or day)
• all bound actions are located now in the popup menu, which can be called from the status bar.
• all successful DateTime format stored and would be available via popup menu as Recent Formats.
