- Added an Unpair All Bluetooth menu option that clears all saved BLE bonds and then switches Bluetooth off.

- Replaced TFT_eSPI and PNGdec with LovyanGFX for display and splash-screen rendering. The display rendering is now approximately 2.3 times faster.
