the slash menu, a context-usage pill in the TUI status row, full i18n
sweep (settings UI, dashboard tool descriptions, residual hardcoded
strings), and ~20 desktop UX fixes (HiDPI window clamping, @-mention
drag-drop + tree picker, font scale + family pickers, language picker
synced to <html lang>, theme toggle, skill-running indicator, memory
panel mid-turn refresh, plan-checkpoint modal in dashboard, and several
keyboard / pause-state regressions caught in the field).

Note: 0.41.0's ReadOnlyLoopTracker (auto-escalate flash → pro on
read-only sequences) is removed in 0.43.0 — the heuristic fired on
legitimate skim-mode reads and the cost ceiling didn't justify the
behavior change. Preset escalation now happens only on explicit
