Do not deploy 3.2.3. The UI builds for 10 plugins (operation, accounting, insurance, tourism, loyalty, payment, frontline, mongolian, sales, content) failed in CI, so this release is incomplete. Use 3.2.4 (same changes, fixed build) or stay on 3.2.2.
