Security update for the Alpine 3.21 line: PHP 8.4.27, which fixes PHP2Shell (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619). The build now fails if Alpine serves a PHP older than 8.4.27 (#107).

Tags: 3.21, 3.21.9-1. latest stays on 3.24.

Alpine 3.21 reaches end of life on November 1, 2026. Plan the move to 3.24-php84 (or 3.23 / 3.22). Tracked in #110.
