release(v3.35.0): harden shared resumable uploads
Fixed
- Resumable uploads through public upload-enabled folder shares now validate server-measured chunk and completed-file sizes before storage and account daily quota from measured bytes.
- Shared resumable uploads now use a server-signed page scope, pin their initial file metadata, and reject conflicting chunk retries.
- Updated phpseclib to the patched 3.0.57 security release.
Upgrade notes
- No account, file, folder, permission, encryption-key, or configuration migration is required.
- Existing upload-enabled share links automatically use the corrected size, quota, and resumable-session enforcement.
