Release 0.9.4 - some more features

Added some more features which were missing, compared to RoundhousE.

@wokket is a feature machine, and implemented the following:

• --runallanytimescripts support, feat #32
• --dryrun support, feat #33
• --baseline support, feat #54

He also fixed the following bug:

• PR #64: Support more than just SqlServer at runtime :)
