• Status dots before each host: ● online, ▲ slow, ✖ down, ○ unchecked (color + shape for accessibility)
• PING column shows response time (42ms, 1.2s, 10s+). Detail panel shows RTT under CONNECTION
• Slow host detection with configurable threshold (default 200ms, set slow_threshold_ms in preferences)
• Sort by health status: press s to cycle to "down first" (unreachable hosts at top)
• Down-only filter: press ! to show only unreachable hosts
• Ping results expire after 60 seconds with automatic cleanup
• Auto-ping enabled by default (disable with auto_ping=false in preferences)
• Provider sync status no longer flickers between updates
