Updates:

• Filters can now match one of several values or none of them. Multiple filters are still ANDed as before #334 #831
  
• Browser-stored settings are now kept per LMS instance and per user. Saved filters and player settings are reset, you need to set them again
• Added a basic favicon #585
• Artist names and sort names are now resolved from their tags and artist info files after each scan, see README for more details #870
• Database: optimized several queries, especially when using filters
• Subsonic API: alphabeticalByName and byGenre album lists are now sorted by album sort name #896
