Changed the filtering algorithm completely, from the inefficient crossover filters to the more CPU-friendly all pass filters.
With the all pass filter, the Q factor can now be changed.
Removed the gain knob, as it isn't really useful.
Known issues:
Frequency knob does not allow for smooth automation without clicking. It is caused by zeroing the filter buffers when the frequency is changed, but not doing so would create potentially speaker-damaging noise. I have elected to not fix this issue until I find a way to fix the filter's instability when being modulated too quickly.
