entire enable ends by listing the Entire configuration that still needs committing (.entire/settings.json, .entire/.gitignore, and each agent's hook config and skill files), since other worktrees and clones only get the setup once it is committed. In an interactive terminal it offers to commit exactly those files and leaves anything else you had staged alone. The default answer is Yes when setup created a file and No when every listed file was already tracked. With --yes, without a TTY, or during a merge or rebase it only prints the list, and entire agent add only lists. Nothing is pushed (#2893)
transcript.jsonl assistant lines carry per-call usage for Claude Code, Codex and Pi: the call's model, fresh input_tokens, output_tokens, cache_read_tokens, cache_write_tokens (with the 5m/1h split when the agent reports it) and reasoning_tokens. Codex writes one assistant line per model call. Older lines stay readable and the format version is still 1 (#2834, #2889, #2858, #2859, #2862)
With redaction.externalize_images on, Pi images move to assets/ like Claude Code and Codex images. Pi user turns that hold only an image are no longer dropped from transcript.jsonl (#2891)

The first-turn context Entire injects into agent sessions now goes out in every session, not only where trails are enabled. It points agents at entire agent-help; the trail guidance is added only when trails are enabled, on a later turn if that is learned after the session starts. Agents may create checkpoints manually when the user asks, and are told to ask before running setup or destructive commands (#2887)
entire trail comment write commands (add, reply, edit, delete, resolve, unresolve) refuse when run from an agent session and point at entire trail finding instead, since trail comments are for people. list and show still work for agents. agent-help and the injected context say the same (#2890)
entire trail is listed in entire help under a new "Trails:" group (#2896)

A commit no longer gets an Entire-Checkpoint trailer for an idle session whose new work is only in its live transcript without that checkpoint being written. Such sessions are now condensed at commit, and in stacked worktrees that touch the same files only the session's own worktree picks up its work (#2892)

The transcript library's Pi JSONL parser moved to an internal package, and the unused Claude Code and Codex native-reader API was removed (#2832)
