v0.19.4 - Strava visibility and iOS upload fixes

Backend:

• Fixed the Strava visibility rule not being applied consistently across the profile, activity and public views. It now also covers activity laps, sets and workout steps, with the duplicated filtering logic removed and test coverage added (#808).

Frontend:

• Fixed activity files appearing greyed out and unselectable in the file picker on iOS. The accept filter now includes MIME types alongside file extensions (for example application/octet-stream for .fit). Client-side and server-side validation are unchanged (#817).

Docs:

• Added the "Feature freeze update 4" blog post covering the migration back to GitHub and the project status.

Maintenance:

• Bumped the app version to 0.19.4.
