What's Changed

• The embind library functions getInheritedInstanceCount and
  getLiveInheritedInstances were marked as deprecated. (#27899)
• MAXIMUM_MEMORY is now honored with IMPORTED_MEMORY even without
  ALLOW_MEMORY_GROWTH: the module accepts an imported memory of any size up to
  the maximum, but never grows it. Previously the maximum was ignored, with a
  warning, and only a memory of exactly INITIAL_MEMORY was accepted.

• Added experimental emscripten_epoll_listener_add and
  emscripten_epoll_listener_remove in the new <emscripten/epoll.h>. These
  listeners deliver an epoll set's readiness to a callback, supported on the
  main thread only. The callback itself is then able to collect the events via
  a zero-timeout epoll_wait, without an ASYNCIFY/JSPI requirement.
