EMQ X v5.0-beta.2 is an early release for users to experiment with the new features with the configuration interface.
The configuration items and HTTP API are basically complete, but we do not rule out that we will make some adjustments in subsequent versions to meet the needs of the official release. The GUI Dashboard is still not started by default in this version, and we plan to officially open it in beta.3.

The main changes in this version are as follows:
- The rule engine reconstructs the configuration file and HTTP API of the Data Bridge.
- The rule engine supports the statistics of Data Bridge's success, failure, rate and other metrics
- Added data management interface for authentication of gateways and listeners under the gateway
- Added LwM2M command issuing interface
- Fix some issues in authentication and authorization
- Unify HTTP API related behaviors
- Support trace operation via HTTP API
- Introduce the client forced kick-out mechanism
- Support CROS
- Add more test cases to improve stability
- Unified placeholders, authentication and authentication and other features use the same syntax and variables as the rule engine
