RPCS3 for Xbox 0.1.35.12 (test build)

Fixes from the crash reports of 0.1.35.11. The change applies to all games.

Fixes

• No more "Null object" crash when a game reads from an ISO on a USB drive (#81). The app used to open the ISO image again for every file the game read. On the Xbox that open sometimes failed ("cannot find the file specified"), and the game then crashed on its next read. The image is now opened once and shared by all files, and a failed open is retried before the game gets a normal file error.

Install

Install Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.8.appx if it's missing, then RPCS3Xbox-0.1.35.12.appx. It installs over 0.1.35.x as an update, so no uninstall is needed.
