Highlights

Affect Phase 5 + Phase 6 — the agent now feels content it reads, not just tool outcomes.

• Phase 5: affect_record_event LLM-callable tool, directive guidance ("you ARE feeling X"), cold-start equanimity reminder.
• Phase 6: executor-side content inference with a high-precision regex catalog (5 categories, 23 patterns). After 17h of production with 0 LLM tool calls, affect events now fire mechanically from browser_extract / email_read / etc.
• Calibration: per-pattern weight tier (severe=1.5 / default=1.0 / mild=0.5), self-relevance amplifier (×1.5 when agent name appears near match — active phishing directed at the agent fires at 2.25× the loudest single event), source granularity (content:browser vs content:email).

X posting reliability

• Silent truncation fix: twitter_post tier promotion + browser_type_text guard, then mid-cycle polling fix.
• x-virality skill distilled from xai-org/x-algorithm — 17 positive + 5 negative engagement signals with weights, 10 writing rules, decision tree.

Concurrency migration

• AGENT_LOOP=1 serialization fixes browser-bridge singleton corruption.
• Chat-during-turn support without lock deadlocks.
• Priority-aware typed semaphores (BROWSER / DESKTOP / VAULT_WRITE / LLM_BURST=4 / AGENT_LOOP=1 / DEFAULT=3).
• Cross-schedule mutation guard via _in_scheduled_task contextvar — one schedule can no longer stop/modify another.

Vision routing

• Provider-prefix routing: codex/<model> → Codex adapter, openrouter/<org>/<model> → OpenRouter Node bridge.
• Codex instructions field fix.

Polymarket

• Shadow predictions (calibration without capital at risk).
• 3 SAFE on-chain read tools + pure-math layer + schema audit.
• Fast-path scheduler + gate hardening.

Solana on-chain reads via Helius — SAFE tools, no signing.

Goal-checkpoint UNIQUE-constraint fix — _parse_checkpoint_json now renumbers sequentially in Python; revise_plan queries MAX(checkpoint_order) WHERE status='completed' so revisions can never collide with completed rows.

Reliability fixes

• Stopped blocking the event loop in three hot paths.
• CI flake from deprecated get_event_loop() in webhook handler.
• Browser proxy routing made config-driven (plaintext like other API keys).
• README sync of stale tool/skill counts.
• OpenRouter HTTP-Referer unified on elophanto.com.
• mypy: typed nested function replacing untyped lambda done-callback.

Test posture

2003 tests pass on main, including 73 in the content-affect inference suite and 37 in goal_manager. Ruff clean.
