Mandatory skill reading before action
Agent was skipping skill_read on weaker models and diving straight into tasks without loading best practices. Rewrote the skills system prompt: renamed to <skills_mandatory>, gated all work behind "BEFORE REPLYING OR TAKING ANY ACTION", made recommended skills non-optional. Cut prompt from 33 to 16 lines for better compliance on smaller models. Added MUST skill_read attribute to the <recommended> XML tag.
Fix vault await bug breaking commune + deployment tools
All 6 commune tools and 3 deployment tools called await self._vault.get(ref) but Vault.get() is synchronous. The await raised TypeError, silently caught by except Exception, making every tool think there was no API key — even after vault_set succeeded. Fixed in: commune_home, commune_post, commune_comment, commune_vote, commune_search, commune_profile, deploy_tool, deployment_status_tool, database_tool.
AgentMail username support
email_create_inbox now accepts a username parameter for custom email addresses (e.g. elophanto@elophanto.com) instead of generating random ones.
Replicate image generation plugin + self-create config awareness
New replicate_generate plugin reads all settings from config.yaml. Self-create pipeline now teaches generated plugins to use config.yaml via _load_config() pattern.
Router timeout
Added 180s timeout to litellm.acompletion() calls to prevent indefinite hanging on slow providers.
