Bug Fixes
- Undefined value raised a serialization exception in Elementary's built-in on-run-end hook
- Value out of range error in numeric monitors
- Tests with long names raised an error in Redshift
- rows_affected column in dbt artifacts table raised an error if value was bigger than bigint
- Elementary's on-run-end and on-run-start built-in hooks were not executed in dbt build command
