Electroneum Flow (v5.0.0.4): Migration to the Electroneum Aurelius Smartchain

This release fixes:

• wallet-cli/rpc secp256k1 crash for Ubuntu users (#391)
• properly display informational messages in wallet-cli/rpc when migrating funds to Electroneum Smart Chain
• prints the Electroneum Smart Chain user address within wallet-cli using spendkey command (requires wallet password)

Please note:

• This is the terminal major version for this codebase.
• This final release has been created so that users can migrate their balances to the new Electroneum Smartchain.
• Details on how to migrate can be found inside our blockchain Gitbook and this repo's readme

If you downloaded any prior versions of the programs for the migration(5.0.0.0-5.0.0.3), please discard these and use 5.0.0.4 to migrate.
