• ORCHESTRATOR: Update Tor to 0.4.9.9 and ship the logs of the tor container to Loki.
• GUI: Show a warning before you accept an offer during swap setup if the rate of the maker is more than 5% above its quote, its markup is above 5%, or its markup is more than 25%, and more than 0.25 percentage points, above the quoted markup.
• Breaking protocol change: Prevent transaction pinning of the cancel and refund transactions.
  Both peers must upgrade to start a new swap; existing swaps are not affected.
  ASB: maker.btc_redeem_fee_multiplier was removed. Generated configs contain it and the asb does not start with it, so remove that line from your config. Two new options set the Bitcoin fees: maker.btc_swap_fee_rate_multiplier (default 1.0) scales the fee rate of all presigned transactions, and maker.btc_redeem_base_fee_multiplier (default "2.50") sets the redeem fee relative to the others.
• Breaking protocol change: Takers prove that they own the inputs of the Bitcoin lock transaction, and makers verify them during swap setup.
• The cancel timelock of new swaps on mainnet is 30 blocks instead of 24. Takers spend at most 25 of their Bitcoin outputs in a swap.
