Windows: native UI windows resize cleanly again. While you resize a native UI window, its content stays at its size instead of showing magnified and cut off at the right and bottom. (#893, reported by @josexy in #892)

Element.PopoverMenuButton and ui.PopoverMenuButton draw a menu button's menu inside the window in your theme's look, matching Element.PopoverMenu, with the same keyboard and screen reader support. The menu opens below its button, or above it when the window has no room. (#886)
The terminal's Options.ScrollMultiplier sets how far the mouse wheel and the touchpad scroll, like Ghostty's mouse-scroll-multiplier, and SetScrollMultiplier changes it in a running terminal. (#891)
