0.9.93 EEZ Flow Milestone 9 - Project templates

This is the first release that enables work with different embedded platforms. As an example, STM Discovery evaluation board with touchscreen was added (STM32F469I-DISCO).
There are three projects available for testing: eez-flow-template-stm32f469i-disco, stm32f469i-disco-eez-flow-demo and sdl-eez-flow-demo.
