Enhancements:

• Allow for multiple locations. Each location is exposed as a separate accessory;
• Change location config.json key to locations, to specify a list of locations;
• When no locations are specified, autoip location is used;
• When location is no longer specified in config.json, cached accessory is removed (incl. history file).
